My
name is Edith López. I decided to study the nutrition career to see the serious
health problems facing the vast majority of people due a poor diet. This problem
comes from generations ago when it was thought that a chubby child was a sign
of being well fed and in good health and that a thin one was a sign of being
malnourished.
So we have
to start with our new generations, our children, we must teach them good eating
habits without this having to be food unattractive to them.
